  • How to contact Poseidon Homestay?
    A : You can contact us by phone or email. Contact us.
  • What kinds of amenities guests can use?
    A : Towels, a toothbrush, a shower cap, a shaving, a comb, shampoo, bath soap and a hair dryer is prepared in guest rooms. Your room also equipped with electric water kettle and good quality coffee.
  • When is check-in/out time?
    A : Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    A : Yes, you may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel in the 13 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 6 days before arrival. If you cancel prior to 2 days before arrival or don’t show up, you will be charged 100% of the total price. Cancellation caused by typhoon or other unpredictable natural disaster will be free of charge.
  • I will bring kids during my trip, will there be any charges apply?
    A : Children under 6 years old can stay for free, but if they need extra bed, charges may apply (additional 500 TWD). 
  • Do you have on site parking?
    A : Yes, we do have, free for guest.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    A : Yes, we are pet friendly homestay. You can bring your pet with you in your room, please don’t take she/he on the bed and bring your own pet sleep mat or blanket.
